 Servicing South Florida

2017 has revealed a higher demand for real estate. Recently, Trulia published a blog listing the top 10 hottest real estate markets to watch in 2017.  Three Florida areas were highlighted in their study:

  1. Jacksonville, Florida: just below Georgia, adjacent to the St Johns River, Jacksonville is host to a booming economy in terms of both real estate and jobs. In 2016, Jacksonville reported to have a 3.6% job growth rate.
  2. Cape Coral, Florida: is home to one of the hottest job markets in the nation, placing fourth best! It is found that many of these jobs come from the real estate sector.
  3. Daytona Beach, Florida: this area is found to rank one of the highest areas for job growth as well as inbound to outbound home searches on Trulia. However, the great weather also is what attracts people to this area.
