Jordan Lulich Vero Beach Real Estate Attorney

Jordan Lulich, Esquire

Jordan J. Lulich is a licensed Florida Attorney who concentrates his practice in the areas of Real Property and Business. His typical client includes the representation of buyers, sellers, real estate agents, real estate brokers, and mortgage lenders. A large part of his practice entails the issuance of title insurance as he is an authorized title insurance agent for Old Republic National Title Company. Mr. Lulich has a distinguished knowledge of the real estate rules and laws as he is also a licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor and regularly enjoys serving as a Real Estate Instructor to real estate agents, and also regularly presents to Real Estate Brokerages on law related topics. Mr. Lulich is an alumnus of Indian River Charter High School and holds a Bachelor’s Degree and Juris Doctorate from Florida State University. In his free time, he serves on the Board of the Indian River Charter High School, has completed numerous half marathons, 10k races, 5k races, and enjoys time competitively racing. 

Jeremiah

Jeremiah Walters, Esquire

Jeremiah is from a small rural town in Indiana where he was raised by his blue-collar grandparents who instilled in him the desire to help those in need.  Spending most of his life in an impoverished area, Jeremiah grew to understand the importance of having a structured plan for future success, not just for individuals, but for families as well.

After graduating from a small Christian school in the small town, Jeremiah moved to Indianapolis, Indiana and he attended college at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis, IUPUI, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Public Management in 2010.  He then enrolled in Robert H. McKinney Indiana University School of Law where he concentrated on Health Law and earned his Juris Doctorate in 2013. Jeremiah moved to Florida upon receiving his degree. 

Jeremiah’s practice is focused on estate planning that incorporates wills, trusts, powers of attorney for administration and healthcare to protect the assets of an individual that have been earned over a lifetime. His elder law practice counsels clients on how to plan for nursing home care and how to establish successful Medicaid and Asset Protection planning strategies.

Jeremiah conducts Estate Planning Workshops and individual meetings on a regular basis to keep current clients informed of changes in the law and to teach the community about careful legal planning.

When not practicing law, Jeremiah enjoys serving his community through his Church, Coastline Community Church, in Indialantic, Florida. He has a heart for helping the homeless and parentless children helped through the services of the Church through Family Promise of Brevard.

Melany Crawford, Esquire

Melany K. Crawford concentrates her practice in the areas of Administrative Law, Land Use, Home Owners Association Law, Land Use Zoning, and Governmental Affairs.   She obtained her B.A. Degree in Psychology from the University of Kentucky in 1997 and her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law in 2000.  

Melany is originally from Lexington, Kentucky and relocated to Vero Beach in 2017 to serve as the Chief Assistant City Attorney and Chief of Staff for the City of Port St. Lucie, Florida prior to joining the firm.   She has many years of experience in civil litigation matters, government affairs, and administrative law, having served as General Counsel to the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Tourism, Arts and Heritage Cabinet, Kentucky Department of Parks, Kentucky Horse Park, Kentucky Finance and Administration Cabinet and Kentucky Department of Revenue. 

Melany is admitted to practice before the Florida Supreme Court, Kentucky Supreme Court, U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, U.S. District Court for the East and West Districts of Kentucky, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.  She is a member of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels and enjoys golfing, cooking, and spending time with her family.

Jenny Zeran, Esquire

Jenny Zeran is a licensed Florida attorney who is an Okeechobee native and currently a resident of Vero Beach. Her practice of law focuses on civil litigation, specifically relating to real estate, business, and contractual disputes. Attorney Zeran has extensive litigation experience as she has previously worked as an Economic Crimes Prosecutor in the Ninth Judicial Circuit dealing with all matters of fraud and theft. During this time, she gained extensive jury trial experience with the completion of over 75 plus jury trials. She currently is admitted to the United States District Court of the Southern District of Florida. In 2003 Mrs. Zeran obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management focused towards Human Resources. She later graduated Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2009. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading and traveling.

Steven Lulich, Esquire

Steven Lulich is a licensed Florida Attorney who has served clients in the areas of Personal Injury for the past 35 years. His transactional practice includes representing clients who have been involved in serious injuries, including car accidents, slip & falls, and dog bites. Mr. Lulich has acquired knowledge in injury law and provides him the ability to serve and assist his clients in these types of accidents. He graduated from Nova Law Center and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1985 and moved to Sebastian, Florida in 1985. He enjoys spending his time traveling, fishing, and boating on the Indian River Lagoon.

Bob Stone, Esquire

Mr. Stone has accomplished a vast array of achievements throughout his 50 plus years as a Vero Beach Criminal Defense Attorney. Mr. Stone was the City Prosecutor for the city of Fort Pierce, and an assistant public defender. In 1972, he was the first elected full time State Attorney of the 19th Judicial Circuit, and ran additional times without opposition. As State Attorney, Mr. Stone also tried numerous Capitol Murder cases including two major serial killers. Since joining private practice, Mr. Stone focuses his area of practice in State and Federal Criminal Law, Family law, and civil litigation.

Bob Clark, Esquire

Originally from New York, Mr. Clark started his career serving as a police officer. After deciding to transition to law, Mr. Clark went to law school, passed the bar, and started practicing law in Vero Beach in 1968. He has continued to serve the constituents of the Treasure Coast with a strong emphasis on debtor/creditor law including bankruptcies and foreclosures. Mr. Clark also represents clients in the areas of Probate and Estate Planning.
